This famous Indian chilli powder is highly pungent and red coloured. It is made from fiery chillies comparable to cayenne pepper. It packs plenty of heat and is made keeping the Indian, especially Maharashtrian palate and spiciness preference in mind. Use it according to your preference as adding a little will impart the desired colour and adding any more will increase the heat.
