A delicacy to be enjoyed as a starter or something to pair with other curries/gravy and bhakris or chapatis, mutton Sukka Masala is one read meat preparation, when made with Prakash Mutton Sukka Masala, you cant resist. The spices used in this special masala blend perfectly with the natural flavours of mutton pieces. A true delight indeed.



Ingratiates:
500g Mutton, half tsp cumin, half bowl oil (40ml), 3 onions (1 chopped & 2 sliced), half bowl shredded dry coconut (approx.. 30g), 1 tsp poppy seeds, 8-10 garlic cloves, half inch ginger, entire packet of Prakash Kolhapuri Mutton Sukka Masala, 1 Cup (200ml) water, salt to taste, fresh coriander leaves and lemon for garnishing.
 
Method of Preparation for Paste:
Roast coconut, 2 slice onion, poppy seeds till golden brown and grind it fine with garlic-ginger. (Note: No additional chilli, turmeric and coriander powder needed)
 
Method for preparation of Mutton Sukka:
1. In pressure cooker add 1 tsp oil, half tsp cumin, 500g mutton, 1 cup (200 ml) water, salt and cook for 4 – 5 whistles (approx.. 12-15 mins)
2. Heat oil in pan saute 1 chopped onion, add above paste and cook till oil separate. Add entire packet of Prakash Kolhapuri Mutton Sukka Masala and cook for 1 min.
3. Add pressure cooked mutton, cover than pan and cook for 5 min. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon.
